Returns & Refunds Policy
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition, and
- be returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Faulty or incorrect items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to return an item
- Email us at sales@greedysteed.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back to us (tracked shipping recommended).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
