Who we are
Greedy Steed is a trading name of Techony Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order or request a shipping quote.
- Payment is processed by PayPal or by direct bank deposit - we never see or store your card details.
- Optional answers to our "How did you hear about us?" survey.
- Usage statistics via Google Analytics, used to understand how the site is used. These include the pages you visit; we do not send your name, email or payment details.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To keep our accounting records (order details are synced to our accounting provider).
- To send occasional news and offers to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the trusted services to provide the services listed above, and with our shipping carriers, to the extent needed to deliver your order.
Access and correction
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Refer to contact us and we will usually respond the same or next business day.
