Dispatch

Orders are dispatched the same or next business day from the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. During sales, dispatch may take up to three business days.

Delivery times

Australia-wide delivery is estimated at 3-7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

PO boxes and addresses

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal may require a street address during checkout, but your delivery address with us can be a PO Box.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted automatically at the cart for most orders. If an automated price is unavailable for your items, use the "Get Shipping Quote" button and we will email you a quote within 2 business days.

International orders

We ship internationally by quote. Choose "Quote International Shipping" at the cart and we will come back to you with a price.
