About these terms

These terms apply to retail purchases from this website, operated by Techony Pty Ltd trading as Greedy Steed. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Payment is by PayPal (including credit card via PayPal) or direct bank deposit.
• Bank deposit orders are held for 10 working days; if payment has not been received by then, the order is cancelled.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched the same or next business day (up to three business days during sales). See our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Returns and faults

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days on unused items - see the Returns & Refunds Policy. For faulty items you are entitled to the remedies of the Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement or refund.

Product use and safety

Hay nets are a feeding aid, not a veterinary device. Follow the safety guidance on each product page, and consult your vet about your horse's individual dietary needs.
